Valentine's Day

“What is the point of valentine’s day?” Peggy asked me. While I took a deep breath I said. “What do you mean what’s the point of valentine’s day?” I shouted out.  “Valentine’s day is to celebrate two peoples love for each other.” I said. Peggy asked. “I know that but what if you don’t have anyone to share your love with?”  “Well, that’s the fun of valentine’s day you might find someone on that day to share your love with.” As I was told Peggy that soon one day she will find her love I also told her a story that has happened In real life.

 It started out like this. February 14, 1999 this girl with brown hair that was flowing  in that wind with blue eyes was walking on the beach and she stepped on something sharp and she looked down and it was a starfish so she picked it up as she stood up this guy who had brown  hair with blue eyes with his shirt off was running and accidentally  ran in to this beautiful girl. The guy said he was very sorry and when they looked into each other eyes they knew it was love at first sight. The guy asked the girl what her name was and she said Lindsay and she asked him what her name was and he said Ryan. Ryan asked.” Would you  want to go on a boat and watch the fireworks me?” Lindsay was so excited he asked so she said. Yes!! While they got on the little boat they rowed further in the ocean. When they got out further in the ocean the first firework went off and it said. “ Lindsay will you go out with me?” Lindsay was speechless. Without saying a word she started nodding her head up and down.  After that they spent every day together.

1 year and 3 months later……

Lindsay and Ryan were both 32 and they were walking on the beach on a hot summery day. They could feel the hot sand slide throw the creases of their toes. Ryan had to ask Lindsay something but he was afraid he was going to get rejected. As they kept walking Lindsay ask Ryan if he wanted to grab a bite to eat. Ryan replied with a smile and the word “Yes.” When they got into the “Sandwich shack” they sat outside and there was a great view of the ocean.  Ryan was mumbling under his breath saying this would be a great spot to ask her. After they order….

Peggy interrupted and asked. “What does he have to ask her?”

Anyways……. After they ordered Ryan stands up and takes a deep breath and says….. “Lindsay will you marry me?” Lindsay was crying with happy tears and she answered.” YESSSSS!!!!” The whole restaurant was clapping for them. They lived happily ever after. The end.

Peggy did you like the Peggy screamed Yes. I also think that this story was about you and dad right?
That is correct honey. I replied . This is how me and your father meat.

Peggy started crying and said “To bad dad isn’t here to here this story again.

 With a tear falling down my face and said he will always know this story and I bet you he wants us to always have him in our hearts. Even though he isn’t here he will always be in our hearts.

When Peggy went to her room, I said a pray that my handsome husband was being taken care of.
